Leve de informatica
Bij het overlopen van mijn programma bleek plots dat ik een halve marathon zou lopen eind november 2006. Oeps
Blijkbaar had ik de datum verkeerd ingevuld. "Leve de informatica," zou men denken, als ik maar mijn programma goed ingevuld.
Nieuwe poging, dit keer met mijn correcte max hartslag ingevuld met wat ik echt kan doen. Nu bleek mijn programma iets zwaarder te zijn, vooral omdat ik een strenger streefdoel opgesteld, nl de halve marathon uitlopen in 2u en 20 min en niet gewoon uitlopen.
Het programma : gisteren : 40 min duurloop
vandaag 25 min duurloop
morgen rustdag

Met dit excell bestand zal ik heel wat statistieken kunnen bijhouden van wat, waar en hoe ik gelopen heb. Zowel op training als op wedstrijden.
Nu rest me nog enkel op zoek te gaan naar de wedstrijden die in mijn trainingsschema staan :
- 26/02/06 : 5 km
- 05/03/06 : 5 km
- 12/03/05 : 5 km
- 16/04/05 : 10 km
- 23/04/05 : 10 km
- 28/05/05 : Dé 20 km van Brussel
Er rest mij alleen nog maar te trainen
